Womens Pelvic Health

Pelvic Health issues affect many women at some stage of their lives.
80% of women in the U.K. will have a baby and every woman will go through the menopause.

The issues that arise are common but not normal and the vast majority of these can be treated effectively with physiotherapy according to the current NICE guidelines.

Jade has extensive experience working with patients, gynaecologists, urologists, psychologists and alternative therapists to guide patients in their pelvic health journey.

Worldwide Health Organization guidelines state that Physiotherapy is the first line for treatment of incontinence.
