The Process (Cermony)
During the process, the secretion is mixed with water and formed into small ‘points’. A small, superficial burn is made on the top layer of skin to allow the kambo to enter the lymphatic system. You are required to drink 1.5L of water before ceremony begins and 1.5L during ceremony. Each experience is different, although it usually begins with an uncomfortable heat as the kambo scans the body and travels to specific areas, spreading through the tissues.
